Our core infrastructure (hosting, database, file storage) runs on servers within the European Union at Open Telekom Cloud. For kalkulr, prüfr and zuschlagr, AI-supported processing takes place exclusively with providers that process data within the EU (including Mistral AI and Amazon Bedrock in an EU data center). For auftragr, additional language-model providers outside the EU may be used for cost and performance reasons; in such cases we apply appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Upon request, you may agree on the exclusive use of language-model providers within the EU; a separate data processing agreement is to be concluded for this purpose. We have contractual arrangements with the AI providers used under which your input data is not used to train the respective models.
